Franchise Management
Our customer, a franchise owner, needed solution to manage their franchisee.
Kaygees custom developed solution provides the franchise operator features to manage franchise operations and for the franchisees to keep track of their part of the operation. The operator and owners can keep track of their inventory, expenses, revenues, commissions, and other information. Monthly statements are automatically generated allowing for automated billings and payments. Integration with Accounting software submits all transactions to keep G/L up to date.
Intelligent Security System
An overseas client needed security system to monitor hundreds of cameras spread around a large manufacturing operations. 24/7 human monitoring of all cameras is expensive and is prone to failures. Kaygees developed automatic monitoring system using Machine Intelligence and AI to process live feed from all cameras and look for abnormal activity. If any abnormality is detected an alarm is raised and security staff is provided feed from the areas of suspicious activity.
Dynamic Staffing Solution
Dynamic staffing solutions matching hospitals requirements of temporary staff with the available resources at healthcare staffing agencies. The system is dynamic as the staffing requirements in hospitals are complex and can change suddenly based on influx of patients. The system keeps track of incoming scheduled and emergency patient load and generates staffing requirements in real time. These requirements are then broadcast to the to the staffing agencies in real time.
Although the system does not store confidential patient data (PHI), it is still designed to be HIPAA compliant.
